Please note: Thank you to those who have recently signed up for the PAR program (pre-authorized givings). There are forms at the back of the sanctuary if you wish to change your current giving or sign up.
Please Note: There are still offering envelopes that have not yet been picked up at the back of the sanctuary.
St. Andrew's receives offerings either through regular offering envelopes or PAR (Pre Authorized Remittance). Regardless of your method of giving your tithes and offerings, please be assured we appreciate your continuous support.
We would like to highlight the PAR method of giving. We are very grateful for those of you who are already on this system. With PAR your offering is deducted from your bank account once a month on the 20th (a pre-authorized deduction just like your mortgage, insurance or household bills). PAR helps St. Andrew's cut down on expenses. The cost of 126 boxes of envelopes (our 2012 order) was over $500.00, a sizeable expense. We are required by law to keep offering envelopes for 3 years thus requiring storage space. PAR helps us to cut down on the expense of the envelopes as well as storage.
If you are already on PAR and wish to change the amount you are donating, it's very simple! A change form is filled out, signed and submitted to Karin Cowan in the Church Office.
If you would like to sign-up for PAR, we require a void cheque and a form filled out. We ask that you consider this method if you have not already done so and if you would like to make a change to your givings, please fill out the Changes/ Information Sheet.
The sign-up forms and information sheets are available at the back of the sanctuary and also at the side entrance. Please give this information to Karin Cowan or Bonnie Ramsay or drop the sheets off at the Church Office. Please contact us if you have any questions (705) 746-9612.

The Annual Meeting gives us the opportunity to give thanks to God for His blessings in 2011 and to look ahead to what He has planned for us in 2012.

Save your used stamps! We would be glad to have your used postage stamps, in any quantity from any country. Selling your used stamps helps us with the cost of mailing Bible stories to the children in Africa, India, etc. who ask for them. Just remember to leave 1/4" margin around the stamp. We ask that you continually keep this committee in your prayers as they begin the search for our next pastor.
In going over the inventory for our Library, we noticed there are a number of books out (for a long time) with the pink cards still in them! When people take books from the Library and do not leave the pink card behind it makes us very difficult to track things.
For example, we're missing the following titles:
- "The Preacher's Daughter" by Beverly Lewis
- "The Englisher" by Beverly Lewis
- "Glorious Appearing" by Tim LaHaye.
We would greatly appreciate it if you have any of these titles or others from our Church Library that you return them as soon as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.
St. Andrew’s participates in the PAR program (Pre Authorized Remittance). If you are interested in having your your weekly tithes and offerings set up through PAR, please contact Karin Cowan or Bonnie Ramsay or call the Church Office (746-9612). By signing up for this program, your offering would be deducted from your bank account once each month on the 20th.
There are openings for the media projector and sound board operators.
Training will be supplied so no experience is necessary!
Students are especially welcome and the ministry will count towards the 40-hour volunteer requirement. Interested parties should see Cam Murch on the Sound Board before or after the worship service or give him a call at (705) 746-2448.
- Have you changed your email address?
- Do we have your email address?
- Do we have your current residential address?
We strive to keep our mailing list up to date. If you are not on our email list, if you've changed your home address, or are new to St. Andrew's we would welcome your email, address and phone number for our records.
Feel free to fill out the back of the bulletin with any changes and placethe sheet on the offering plate or call Karin Cowan in the office @ 746-9612.
