The financial affairs of St. Andrew's under the direction of the Session and its Finance Committee are the responsibility of the Treasurer, Envelope Secretary, and Trustees.

• The Treasurer, Karin Cowan , is appointed by the Session to take care of congregational funds.
• The envelope secretary, Bonnie Ramsay, is also a session appointment.
• Three Trustees look after the properties owned by the church. Each serves for a 6-year term with elections held at the congregational meeting every two years.
