Dear Friends,

No serious flooding has happened in the past seven days, for which we are grateful.

The first three days of the Mekong Field Orientation course have gone well. We had an enjoyable evening with 5 guests (including Ann Burgess) in our home on Wednesday. Tonight (Friday) we have 9 guests joining us (this includes 4 kids - twin boys, their younger sister and Jim Hamp's son Clay)

Dear Friends; (2006)

This has been a long day. The phone woke us up at 6:00 this morning. We missed it the first time and lay awake wondering who was trying to call. Early morning phone calls are a little worrying. When the phone rang again it was Richard Konieczny, our Canadian National Director with news that the father of one of our Canadian members had died suddenly. She was here in Singapore so we were able to contact her and arrange for someone to be with her during the day while we worked on a flight back to Canada.

Dear Praying Friends;

It's Sunday night in Singapore and we're tired but amazed at what God has done over the past nine days. Please forgive us for not getting an update to you sooner. It's taken a week to get our address book loaded on a new computer so we can find all of your addresses.

Irvin Overholtzer as a Bible-centered, worldwide organization, composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in the local church for Christian living.
